Ticki is the Senior Partner and Managing Director at HR & Co., a human capital provider and advisory services firm to organizations and government agencies. She is a seasoned and globally recognized HR practitioner, a forward-thinking strategic and tactical executive leader who has helped organizations, teams, and individuals achieve significant business results.

About the Panelists

Jared Fitzpatrick

Jared is the Senior Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) for the Dallas Regional Chamber. In this role, Jared is responsible for helping the DRC’s over 800 member companies improve their ability to be more diverse, more equitable, and more inclusive at the Board level, in the C-suite, and in their workforces. Jared works closely with the permanent DRC Board-level DEI Council, and its four sub-councils, which are focused on Diversity in Leadership, Education & Workforce, Community Investment in Underserved Areas, and Policing and Criminal Justice Policies.

Jared also serves as an Advisor for Kanarys, a Dallas-based data and analytics startup focused on DEI.

Cheryl D. Orr, MSW, IPMA-SCP

Cheryl D. Orr retired from Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART), as the Vice President of Human Capital where she was responsible for the Human Resources functions. She has spent over 25 years working in the field of Human Resources as an Assistant Director and subsequently Director/Vice President. She has worked for a small business as their HR VP, in an University setting as their HR Director and held several HR executive positions in local governments in Virginia. After relocating to Dallas from Northern Virginia, she was hired by the City of Dallas to establish their Ethics and Diversity program under the auspices of the City Manager. In all her HR positions, Ms. Orr has always assumed an EEO/Diversity role and responsibilities.

Jolene Risch

Jolene leads a national recruiting firm, Risch Results, that specializes in the identification and placement of talent for growing and dynamic, diverse and inclusive teams. Jolene is both an active community advocate and a small business owner committed to personal and team development. She’s a Graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Intensive Program and the Kellogg Non-Profit Board Member Institute. Jolene also serves on the Dream Team Professional Women’s Network (Founder and Immediate Past President) and Executive Search Owners Association (membership chair.  Jolene is an active board member of the Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum, the Dallas Hebrew Free Loan Association, and WINGS Dallas.
