Businesses big and small face legal risks. Running a small business doesn’t mean that you can ignore the legal risk implications of your business decisions. Targeted legal work can greatly reduce the risks your business faces from employees, clients, customers, vendors and third parties. Join us at our April virtual luncheon to learn about the five most important legal considerations for small businesses, including:

  • The importance of policies, processes and procedures for employees, privacy and intellectual property.
  • How to create clear, concise and customized contract documents.

A little bit of legal can go a long way towards protecting your small business.
